29 Sep 2007 - Joint Training with Central Scotland Fire & Rescue
Eight members with search dogs Gigha and Glen attended joint training with Central Scotland Fire & Rescue at Alloa Fire Station today. They practised raising dogs and personnel by rope up the tower and through a window and lowering them back down through the insice of the tower then climbing ladders with dogs to the roof of the BA building then again being lowered by rope down into the building. These are vital skills to learn and practise for real USAR incidents.
