The team provided first-aid cover for the WHW race which is the UK's toughest off road running event - 95 miles from Milngavie to Fort William.
We have been providing cover for around 6 yrs now.
This year, we covered from Milngavie to Kigshouse Hotel, Glencoe, with MRTs covering the route north of there.
Trossachs SAR dealt with 3 casualties on Loch Lomondside and evacuated each of them by rescue boat from Inversnaid to Inveruglas where their support crews met them.
Additionally, we dealt with two minor injuries at Brisge of Orchy.
Another great race. Thanks to all the runners, support crews and marshalls who made it such an enjoyable event.
